FLOODING AT EASTHAM COURT, BETTYSTOWN

I was made aware today of the flooding of the stream in Eastham Court, Bettystown. After contacting Meath County Council on behalf of local residents, I have been told that this was due to heavy rain over the last 24 hours and high tides. Meath County Council are now at the scene and tell me that the stream water levels are subsiding.They expect the stream to be at its normal level by tomorrow morning.
